Informational Picket at Lorain (log in to view the video)

The Chapter at Lorain Correctional Institution held an informational picket on July 11th from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Their issues are as follows: The Union has discussed its position regarding treatment of staff, shortage of staff, overcrowding, health and safety issues, elimination of Roll call and implementation of new programs ithout discussion with the union and no additional staff being hired to cover new programs through labor management meetings (both formal and informal) as well as through the grievance process.
